East Troy Electric Railroad

This is a heritage railroad operating on the last 7.5 miles of the former The Milwaukee Electric Railroad & Light Company (TMER&L) interurban system. The museum is inside the East Troy depot and the railroad runs between East Troy and Indianhead Park in Mukwonago, with a stop at The Elegant Farmer.

Trains run from late April through early November on regular daily schedule on Saturdays and Sundays, with dinner trains, pizza trains and theme trains operating in the evenings. In June, July and August, regular trains also run on Friday. Check the web site for the most current schedule and a list of specialty trains.
